Returns

I, for one understand the struggles of online shopping. With this, Dunham Designs return policy stands for 30 days from the date of purchase. Only FULL PRICE ITEMS are eligible for either an exchange or a full refund (shipping cost is non refundable) We do not offer store credit. Please read the size guide for each item or contact me if you have any questions regarding sizing prior to purchasing.

To be eligible for exchange or refund you must:

Lodge a return within 30 days of the PURCHASE date (unfortunately no refunds or exchanges will be offered for items lodged after this time frame)

Email dunham-designs@outlook.com for a return form

-        All postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. It is recommended to use a trackable service and provide Dunham Designs with the tracking number via email. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

-       Item(s) to be exchanged will incur a postage fee which must be paid prior to item(s) being sent. Or you may opt to include a pre-paid postage satchel with your return item(s).

-    Item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn, unused with the original tags still attached

-        Item(s) must not have any marks, make up, perfume present. All item(s) will be inspected upon arrival and anything that does not meet this criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.

-       Please include the return form which will be provided upon initial request for a refund/ exchange

Refunds

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected you will be notified via email of the outcome. If eligible for a refund money will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, the money may take some time to clear. 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you haven’t received what you ordered please contract us straight away via email so we can resolve the issue.

Dunham Designs wants to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. I feel the only way to improve, is to have feedback! So please, if you have any feedback/ recommendations on our products we would love to hear from you.
